Hi, and greetings to all you lovers of high-tech, weird science, sci-fi, and gadgets galore.

In times to come we'll be looking at the best (and worst) of the web, reporting on the leading edge of science advance, and reviewing the state of the art in gadgetry, whether that's the upcoming iPhone 3 or a drinks decanter that looks like an escapee from the set of Star Trek.
